Except, I’m not really a chef. I’m a mom, full time employee, friend, wife and all around person just like you. I’m just an “at home” cook who works hard to please the many desires of my family and friends.
My love for food is deep. I really enjoy how you can explore the world and express yourself through it. My renewed focus on cooking started eight years ago when my daughter, Abby, was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and Celiac Disease. I had to rethink how I cooked from top to bottom.
I’m now focused on creating foods that feel gourmet but are attainable for everyone.
