Grab your favorite meats, cheese, veggies, nuts and more for the cutest char-cute-a-re-turkey for your guests to snack on.  I love to use a pear for the turkeys body, thinly cut carrots of the legs, nuts for the nose and peppercorns for the eyes.  Place that in the bottom middle of your board to start and then fan the rest of the meats and cheese around to make a pattern and mimic feathers.  Get as creative as you want!
