Chili Oil Roasted Brussels Sprouts
It doesn’t get much easier than this! Roasted veggies are a favorite and ones with a little kick are even better. The perfect side for any weeknight meal!

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Brussels sprouts trimmed and sliced in half lengthwise
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp chili oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
To Serve:
- Chili oil or chili crunch
- Grated Parmesan
Prevent your screen from going dark
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Add sliced Brussels sprouts to a large bowl. Add olive oil, chili oil, salt and pepper to bowl. Toss well to coat.
- Spread Brussels on baking sheet, ensuring center of Brussels is face down.
- Bake 30 minutes or until crispy. Remove from oven.
- Drizzle extra chili oil or chili crunch on top. Add freshly grated Parmesan. Serve immediately.
