Chili Oil Roasted Brussels Sprouts

It doesn’t get much easier than this! Roasted veggies are a favorite and ones with a little kick are even better. The perfect side for any weeknight meal!

  • 2 lbs Brussels sprouts trimmed and sliced in half lengthwise
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

To Serve:

  • Chili oil or chili crunch
  • Grated Parmesan


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Add sliced Brussels sprouts to a large bowl. Add olive oil, chili oil, salt and pepper to bowl. Toss well to coat.
  • Spread Brussels on baking sheet, ensuring center of Brussels is face down.
  • Bake 30 minutes or until crispy. Remove from oven.
  • Drizzle extra chili oil or chili crunch on top. Add freshly grated Parmesan. Serve immediately.
