Italian Chopped Grinder Style Salad

Ingredients
Salad
- 8 cups romaine lettuce
- 1/2 lb salami
- 1/4 lb prosciutto
- 1/2 lb mortadella
- 1/2 lb ham
- 1/2 lb sliced provolone cheese
- 4 green onions
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2/3 cup fresh Italian parsley
- 10 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained
- 1 – 12 oz jar green olives, pitted, drained
- 1 – 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained
- 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
Dressing
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp champagne or red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Combine ingredients for salad dressing in a small bowl. Whisk well and set aside.
- Thinly slice all ingredients (lettuce through roasted red peppers). Add to a large salad bowl. Add remaining ingredients (olives through tomatoes). Set aside.
- Pour dressing over salad. Gently toss to coat.
- Plate and enjoy!
