Key Lime Pie Dip

The delicious flavors of Key West and my favorite key lime pie but easier! This dip is fast, fun and a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 2 blocks cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup key lime juice

To Serve:

  • Zest of Lime
  • Graham crackers or Nilla wafers

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a medium bowl. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth. A food processor works well, too. Taste and adjust powdered sugar for desired sweetness, adding more if necessary.
  • Plate dip on small serving plate or bowl. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
  • Garnish with zest of lime and crushed grahams or wafers.
  • Serve with additional grahams or wafers for dipping. Fresh fruit (blackberries or strawberries) as well as key lime cookies are great options for dipping, as well.
