Omelet Toast

Instructions

  • Make your favorite omelet (I start with a nonstick skillet, 1 Tbsp unsalted butter and 2 eggs whisked with a dash of milk or heavy cream, pinch of shredded cheese, and a bit of salt and pepper. Cook low and slow and gently roll up!).
  • Toast your favorite bread.
  • Add some herbed soft cheese, top with heirloom tomatoes (lightly salted), sliced avocado and your perfect omelet.
  • Top with some chili oil or hot sauce and top with microgreens, fresh herbs or edible flowers.
