Parmesan Ranch Popcorn

Parmesan Ranch Popcorn

  • 2 bags white popcorn popped
  • 1 1/2 sticks 12 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp dried chives
  • Kosher salt


  • Pop popcorn according to package instructions.  Pour out in large bowl.
  • Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.  Add ranch seasoning and whisk together.
  • Pour seasoned butter over popcorn.  Add cheese and chives.  Toss well.  Taste and season with salt as needed.
  • Add more cheese and chives to top prior to serving for garnish.
