Parmesan Ranch Popcorn

Ingredients
- 2 bags white popcorn popped
- 1 1/2 sticks 12 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 packet Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp dried chives
- Kosher salt

Instructions
- Pop popcorn according to package instructions. Pour out in large bowl.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add ranch seasoning and whisk together.
- Pour seasoned butter over popcorn. Add cheese and chives. Toss well. Taste and season with salt as needed.
- Add more cheese and chives to top prior to serving for garnish.
