Protein Packed Blueberry Blast Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup 2% fat milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 Tbsp collagen powder
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Optional: handful of fresh spinach

- Add all ingredients to blender. Blend well until smooth, roughly 2-3 minutes.
Notes
For extra protein, we like to use Fairlife milk. Our favorite protein powders are Active Stacks and Clean Simple Eats. Vital Protein is our preferred collagen powder.
