Protein Packed Blueberry Blast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries⁣
  • 1 cup 2% fat milk⁣
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp collagen powder
  • 1 Tbsp honey⁣
  • Optional: handful of fresh spinach⁣

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender. Blend well until smooth, roughly 2-3 minutes.

Notes

For extra protein, we like to use Fairlife milk.  Our favorite protein powders are Active Stacks and Clean Simple Eats.  Vital Protein is our preferred collagen powder.
