Summer Peach Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 peaches diced
- 2 kiwi peeled and diced
- 2 avocados pits removed and diced
- 1/2 red onion minced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3/4 cup tomatoes diced
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 6 corn tortillas
- Kosher salt
- Tajin

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine peaches through cayenne pepper. Mix well and set aside.
- Lay corn tortillas on baking sheet. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Use hands to spread nonstick spray all over tortillas. Sprinkle salt and tajin over top.
- Bake for 10 minutes, flipping midway through.
- Remove from oven and cut into triangles. Serve homemade tortilla chips with fresh salsa.
