Tropical Green Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1-2 scoops collagen
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
