There are days where I need easy, healthy, on the go options.  Enter this DELICIOUS protein smoothie.  Full of vitamins, easy and so tasty!  Kids love these, too!

Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1-1 1/2 cup milk use a high protein option like Fairlife, if desired
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 scoops collagen
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup optional

To Serve:

  • 1/4 cup mini vanilla wafers some crushed and some whole
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except vanilla wafers to a blender and purée until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with wafers and whipped cream.
