There are days where I need easy, healthy, on the go options. Enter this DELICIOUS protein smoothie. Full of vitamins, easy and so tasty! Kids love these, too!
Servings: 2 servings
- 1-1 1/2 cup milk use a high protein option like Fairlife, if desired
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1-2 scoops collagen
- 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
- 1/4 cup mini vanilla wafers some crushed and some whole
- Whipped cream
- Add all ingredients except vanilla wafers to a blender and purée until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with wafers and whipped cream.
