Pomegranate Valentine Heart Sparkling Mimosas

Delicious and festive plus couldn’t be easier to pull together! Simply fill your ice cube tray with fresh pomegranates and pour pomegranate juice over top. Freeze for a few hours or a few days. (Note: this can also be done with cranberries and cranberry juice). I found my heart shaped silicone ice tray on Amazon.⁣ ⁣ Place 2 ice cubes in wine or champagne glass and pour champagne over top. Looking for a non-alcoholic option? Pour Sprite, 7-Up or sparkling water over top. Garnish with edible glitter or dust on the side of the glass, if desired.⁣ ⁣ Enjoy!
